Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3kvi ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, registers on or uses the 3kvi website at 3kvi.bio and any associated service. These Terms take effect at the moment you submit a registration form, make a deposit or place a wager on 3kvi — whichever occurs first.

By using 3kvi you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you are at least 21 years of age; and (d) you are accessing 3kvi voluntarily for recreational purposes. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 3kvi, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You may hold only one registered account on 3kvi. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion restriction currently in place on your 3kvi account, and you must not be accessing 3kvi from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3kvi login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any account verification code with any other person under any circumstances. 3kvi will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, phone or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your sole responsibility.

You must notify 3kvi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, believe your login credentials have been compromised, or if your registered mobile number has been lost or stolen. 3kvi accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3kvi supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select bank transfers for players based in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3kvi does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of 3kvi.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT across all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. There are no hidden fees on standard deposits from 3kvi's side.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). 3kvi reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the deposit rejected.
• 3kvi processes withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is typically under 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers on 3kvi are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. 3kvi reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected players.

Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, artificially reducing risk through coordinated wagering, or withdrawing bonus funds before wagering conditions are met — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3kvi. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with 3kvi games or betting markets in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Money laundering, fraud or any attempt to use 3kvi to process, conceal or legitimise funds derived from any illegal activity, whether in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix game outcomes, manipulate betting markets, abuse promotions or defraud 3kvi or any other player in any manner.

Responsible Gaming

3kvi is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3kvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 3kvi platform, including but not limited to losses arising from system downtime, technical errors, payment processing delays or changes to game or market availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3kvi's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms in any way.

Account Suspension and Termination

3kvi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 3kvi has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration details, operating multiple accounts or engaging in any activity listed under Section 6 (Prohibited Activities).
• Your account shows patterns of activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, systematic bonus abuse or any other activity that is materially harmful to 3kvi or its player community.
• You have requested self-exclusion or 3kvi has determined in good faith that you may be a problem gambler who requires protection under our responsible gaming policy.

Privacy and Data Protection

Amendments to These Terms

3kvi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of 3kvi after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming and consumer protection. In the event of any dispute between you and 3kvi, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the 3kvi support team at [email protected]. 3kvi aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of first notification, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory right to seek urgent injunctive relief or other emergency remedies where necessary to protect your legal rights.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 3kvi Privacy Policy and any specific terms attached to individual promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3kvi with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements between you and 3kvi, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter covered herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
